HAITI - WAF JEREMIE - HOME MISSION OF SISTER MARCELLA CATOZZA

The Italian non-profit association KAY LA – ONLUS supports, for the nutritional programme run by Sister Marcella Catozza in Haiti, two projects in favour of badly nourished children:

- UNA SPERANZA PER JOB (Hope for Job) devoted to 6 months to 5 years-old children who live in a serious condition of bad nutrition

- DONNA NON PIANGERE (Woman, do not cry) devoted to babies who cannot be milk fed because they are either abandoned or their mother is ill or dead.

Sister Marcella Catozza, Italian Franciscan missionary, has been living in Haiti since 2006 in Waf Jeremie, an extremely poor shanty town by the Capital city Port au Prince, where she has built the "Villaggio italiano".
